Privacy Policy

Information we collect

None. NanoOS has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and makes no network connections of its own. We never receive any information about you or your device.

Information the app uses on your device

To function as a home launcher, NanoOS reads certain information locally, on your phone only:

• Installed apps — the list of launchable apps, so it can show them on your home screen and open them when you tap.
• Home-screen widgets — widgets you choose to add are hosted by the launcher through Android's standard widget system.
• Your preferences — settings such as grid columns and wallpaper choice are saved locally on the device.

All of this stays on your device. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or accessible to us or to any third party.

Wallpaper

When you choose “Change wallpaper,” NanoOS opens Android's built-in wallpaper picker. NanoOS does not access, copy, or store your photos.

Permissions

NanoOS requests only the permissions required to act as a launcher and to host widgets. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, messages, or files.

Third parties & data sharing

NanoOS contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Because no data is collected, no data is ever sold or shared.

Children

NanoOS does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised “Last updated” date.
